Included with each jersey: 

• Letter of Authenticity with a facsimile signature by Ottawa Senators CEO and  President Cyril Leeder and Ottawa Senators Head Equipment Manager John Forget

• LOA holder

• Authentication patch with registration number sewed on the fight strap, designed and produced by the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club

Each jersey is registered into the Ottawa Senators Game Worn Jersey Authentication Program.
