The majority of products we sell at the Sens Store locations are also available online. However, stock availability and selection may vary from store to store. Our online inventory is separate from our store inventory and does not represent what is available in our Sens Store locations.

We offer flat-rate shipping: $15 for Ontario/Quebec and $25 for the rest of Canada.

Due to new U.S. import fees, we’re unable to ship orders to the United States at this time. We’re working on solutions and will share updates soon—thank you for your understanding.

Yes we do ship Internationally (with some country exemptions).

Most orders can take anywhere from 1-5 days from ship date (not order date) within Canada. International orders can vary widely based on location (contact us if you need an estimate)

Absolutely! All online orders will come with an email containing your tracking number once your order has been processed.

Once your package has been been picked up by a carrier it becomes their responsibility and they must be contacted (most carriers have a missing package section on their website which can provide with the steps you need to take (Canada Post Missing Package Page) If you have any issues or need more help; contact us via our CONTACT PAGE and let us know and we can walk you through the process of tracking it down and possibly submitting a missing package claim.

In most cases, Yes. International orders (outside Canada) are subject to duties and taxes determined by the destination country. These are not included in your checkout total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

If a package is refused, it will be returned to us. We will refund the cost of the items minus the original shipping fees and any return shipping costs incurred.

Absolutely! Pickups can be made at the main Sens Store location on the 100 level. Keep in mind; it can get busy during games 😉.

Returns for in store purchases must be made in person to any of our Sens Store locations (CTC Arena & Byward Market). Mail in returns are not accepted for in store purchases.

Discounted items, sale items, signed memorabilia, game-worn jerseys, gift cards and customized jerseys are a final sale, returns and exchanges are not accepted on these items.

Flash sales, Cyber Monday, Black Friday, Fan Appreciation & Boxing Week sales are all final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Stanley Cup playoff merchandise is final sale.

Typically up to 3–4 weeks, though this typically increases during the holiday season or playoffs. This does not include Shipping Time.

Pro Stitch Names & Numbers are stitched and applied by the same professionals that work on the players jerseys using the same materials.

Heat Press Names & Numbers resemble what the players wear on the ice with a simulated stitching details. If applicable to the jersey, the number kits feature stacked tackle twill.

We do accept customer owned jerseys for customization at a store level. We do not accept mail ins and can only customize our current home, away and alt jersey (Adidas or Fanatics)

All customized jerseys purchased from us are a final sale.

We currently sell online digital gift cards usable only on Ottawateamshop.ca. For physical Sens Store location gift cards visit us at one of our store locations.

Sens Store and Ottawateamshop.ca gift cards can only be used to buy merchandise at Sens Store locations and online.

Nope. In Ontario, most retail gift cards cannot have expiry dates or fees, thanks to the Consumer Protection Act. Exceptions include cards for specific services (like a spa treatment), charitable cards, and prepaid credit cards (which have different federal rules).
